Wiener Dreivierteltakt: This beautiful waltz with the subtitle:“Rythme de la vie viennoise – Viennese” was made as a parody on the Viennese waltzes. This relatively unknown composition by Wagenaar (opus 38) is a jewel in his oeuvre. It is certainly not a simple waltz but so very worthwhile the effort.
